WHY we’re fundraising!

This is a tough time for small businesses everywhere and Coconut Whisk has felt some negative effects of COVID-19. While we're super grateful for the online website that keeps us going, many of the revenue-generating events and markets that we participate in has been canceled which also impacts our bottom line. We launched this campaign because we don't want to let COVID-19 stop us from innovating and launching new products. Funds will go directly to the development of our new vegan & gluten-free mug cakes.  

We’re also a small but mighty team that needs your help in order to expand! We've seen amazing growth since our launch, all while being 100% self-funded. That means no outside investment or deals. Therefore, we want to be as resourceful as possible before taking on investors. Did we mention how we're in the running for Shark Tank? So we'd love to have YOUR support and involvement before we're hanging out with the big dogs.

 What funds are going to be used for:

•  New products 2 new flavors! (Vanilla Chocolate Chip Mug Cake, Confetti Cake)

• Help us launch into retail stores nationwide -- we need to hire on a sales force and a production crew! 

 With the success of our innovative products, requests for additional flavors started popping up everywhere.  So here we are, asking for your help to expand. 

Our Story 

"While in college, Myles and I went #vegan because we saw how positively impactful it was for our health, environment, animals, and planet.  After finding out that there weren't any baking mixes on the market that fit our dietary choices, we were on a mission to find a solution. We never wanted anyone else to feel the same frustration and disappointment that we did. What started as an idea led to the creation of Coconut Whisk.  As an immigrant, a first-generation college student and proud Asian-American... leading Coconut Whisk have been my greatest adventure and proudest accomplishment. I want to inspire other women to lead with heart, take action and be fearless in the pursuit of their dreams. "
