I’m Holly Noon the owner of HR Connection and the purpose of my business is to provide career development resources and job seeker best practices to professionals looking to create a new opportunity for themselves. Im a certified human resource professional (SHRM-CP) and life coach with a focus in career coaching. My business provides services such as resume revisions, interview preparation, creating executive presence, and career coaching. I’ve helped hundreds of people through marketing my services online. In the past year organizations as well as people have reached out asking when I’ll do an in person event. The goal of the Lunch & Learn event is to start hosting this event at least once a month for 25-30 participants to go over resume best practices, on how to answer difficult interview questions , and other HR related questions or topics that want to be discussed. I’m hoping to have my first event in November and possibly another before year end since 2020 is around the corner. The funds would be used to secure an event space, food and supplies, and marketing costs for print promotional items and social media.
