Who we are:
Your neighborhood practice studio and hub for high quality teacher training and community outreach.
We’ve recently moved from Richmond Heights to the U-city Loop.
In the move, many unforeseen expenses and construction circumstances became our reality. Because of our incredible family of tenacious teachers, students, landlords, and local artists, we’re OPEN! Now we need your help to continue...
The beautiful new space and active urban community align with our mission: To bring quality yoga to every day life.
YoSo teachers share the passion of remaining immersed in current yoga education and offering it up with compassion in our community. You can count on getting a great class!
About the owner: Angie Campbell’s vocation has been teaching yoga for the past 20 years. She lives with her two sons, dog, and cat in Maplewood, MO. She’s so inspired (or hell-bent depending on who you ask) to stay true to the calling that she’s put her life’s savings and a whole lotta love into YoSo.
You’ve asked and....
We’ve recently lowered our drop in rate to accommodate the large student population in U-city. We’re continuing our 15th year of yoga teacher training beginning in April. This year, we’re offering it in 2 parts to provide an opportunity for Yoga Immersion to those who don’t necessarily want to teach.
Here's a look at our current Karma Yoga Schedule: Free class for STL yoga teachers 9:30am every Monday, Group Kirtan by donation 7:15pm every Friday, Community Yoga by donation 7:15pm every Wednesday.
What your contribution will create:
Creating an excellent advanced 300-hour teacher training curriculum to be launched in August of 2019.
Cultivating yoga programs for children, first responders, corporate team-building, and Yoga & ELDOA classes to address back pain.
Organizing an annual St. Louis yoga festival to bring awareness to the high quality local yoga teachers and studios in our city.
And finally, dreaming up a Loop-worthy sign for our building so everybody knows where to find us.

- How will I receive my reward?
YoSo will take care of translating your dollars into yoga classes via MindBody so that the next time you come in, your account will be up to date!
- What if I do not want my donation to translate to yoga classes?
That is OK! Simply select the monetary option: Just Because I Care. You can also let us know either in the comments or call us at 314-645-9642.
- What if I wish to remain anonymous, will I still receive a reward?
Yes! YoSo will be able to see your payment info via PayPal, even if it is private to the public. Still worried? Call us at 314-645-9642.
