Hello friends, family, and sisters in my community! 

Many of you know that in the summer of 2021 I began holding space for a monthly women's circle called Circles on the Moss. Over the months and years, dozens of women have come to these circles, answering the deep calling for sisterhood, community, and a sacred space to begin or deepen their healing and spiritual journeys. 

As I approach the 2 year mark of holding these circles, I am seeing a true need for an enclosed space to use not only for unfavorable weather, but also to create a more intimate, private space for our circles to gather if desired.  

To support our circles and to help create future offerings for our community, I am seeking donations to help fund a beautiful weatherproof / all-season bell tent for circles, ceremonies, events + retreats at the Gathering Grounds. 

I am hoping to raise $1,500 with this campaign to assist the funding the purchase of this much-needed and beautiful tent, accessories like a ground tarp and rain fly, and interior furnishings like pillows, rugs, and a wood stove.

Having a bell tent for our Gathering Grounds will:

• Provide a weatherproof space for year-round all-season gatherings. Having the this bell tent for us to use during rain, heat, wind, or freezing temperatures will provide a comfortable weatherproof space for the women in our community to gather for circles + events. No more circling in the rain and freezing cold!
• Host more healing offerings for our community of women such as yoga classes, retreats, meditation circles, private ceremonies (mother's blessings, postpartum closing of the bones, birth story healing, red tent gatherings, etc) and more.  
• Provide a space for local women to rent for private workshops + events which would provide even more spaces for women to gather as well as fuel the local women-owned businesses of our community.
• Create a comfortable, intimate, private space for the women in our circles to feel safe and supported during circles + events. This tent will be beautifully furnished and adorned with the coziest of pillows, cushions, rugs, and lighting to create a magical, womb-like space for connection, healing, and personal growth. 

After many months of research, the bell tent I have selected that will best suit our needs is the 20’ Stargazer Bell Tent from Life InTents. This size will give us 289 square feet of space inside the weatherproof canvas tent, allowing plenty of room for circles, workshops, and ceremonies.

The Stargazer has 360 degrees of transparent panels located around the roof canopy to give us the best views of the sky and forest even inside the tent, with a clip-on sunshade curtain included. It also has a 360 sidewall that can be zipped up to reveal bug-free mesh screen netting to allow for air circulation on days where the weather is comfortable.

The tent takes about 20 minutes to set up, so it will be a very flexible option in case of rainy or windy days. There's a capability to roll the mesh side wall up for even more immersion into nature, or if we just want to use the tent as a sun shade in the warmer months. 

This tent also has the ability to have a wood burning stove installed to keep us nice and warm in the cooler months (seriously, how cozy does this sound?!)

In less than 2 years, these women's circles have created space for dozens of women to heal, remember, and reclaim their wild Feminine spirits while also sparking so many beautiful friendships, business connections, and bonds of sisterhood.  My mission is to continue to grow these healing offerings within our community with this year-round comfortable space for circles, workshops, retreats, and more.

I have put together some "thank you" packages that donors can select with rewards so you can experience for yourself the healing magic of our gatherings and my offerings.
