We are trying to raise the rest of our funding to open up Bavarian Imbiss, which will serve original German specialty food.
Project Description

- I learned as a chef in Germany and have my degree in Business Management.
- Since banks don't really want to loan money to food businesses am looking for more funding to be able to open my business.
- We will be serving original German food, in a grab and go or grab sit down and eat here setting. German food has a high demand around here, since we have many Germans and soldiers that used to be stationed in Germany living here.
- We have several towns in the area, including a military base and Kansas State University, which will provide plenty of customers and we will be the only German Food place around.
- Our goal is to serve as many people as possible with quality German food! The menu will include, Bratwurst, Currywurst, Wiener Schnitzel, Jaegerschnitzel, Doner, Laugenbretzel, Schweinebraten, Apfelstrudel, Black Forest Cake, Zitronen Sahne Torte etc.

- Next to myself, I am planning on hiring a couple of Veterans and another person in need of a job. We will be offering benefits, like paid vacation, sick days and great healthcare.
- We have already found the perfect Mortar building location and it is available as soon as we have the funding available to open this business.
- We have applied and received the EIN for the business.
- Bavarian Imbiss has a business plan written out and we will send it to you by email, if you would like to read over it.

With a donation of $2000 you will receive 50 free meals, a Bavarian Imbiss shirt and a plaque with your name in our business recognizing your donation or we will pay the meals forward to a person or group of your choosing and you will get the shirt, the plaque in your name, a shoutout on our twitter account and our Website.
With the funding of $5000 you will sponsor free lunch catered for a whole Military Unit here on Ft Riley in your name and honor and a plaque with your name hung up in the business for recognition! It will include the catering to the Unit and you can choose the unit which it will be paid forward to. We also send you a Bavarian Imbiss shirt, a picture of the plaque hanging in our business and give you a shoutout on our twitter account and our Website.
With this donation you will receive either a 15% discount on your first meal or receive a German chocolate bar.
If you donate $17.99 or more you will receive a shirt. Orders for that reward will be taken until January 20th and shirts will be shipped by February 1st. All sizes are in Unisex. Please make sure to include your size.
