Project Description

The United States is one of the most culturally diverse nations in the world. Black Americans are one of the largest ethnic groups in the United States. While improvements have been made over the last decade in the way race, ethnicity, gender, and other social issues are portrayed in the media, the entertainment industry still has a long way to go in its attempt to reflect society's changing demographics.

Just like Asia, North America is divided by nationalities and language barriers. In Asia though the primary race is Asian it is divided by nationality, ethnicity and region, such as; North Korea & South Korea., China & Taiwan, etc. North America is divided similarly between the U.S. & Canada; Though we are all American; Black, White, Hispanic, Native, etc. our Media & Entertainment industry is not set up in the same way that others are internationally.


Here is what I am proposing; A Production House, Distribution and Talent Agency modeled after media and entertainment industry in Asia, it's sole purpose to create entertainment and media content that represents and features Black Americans + other POC and marginalized communities. The current set up of media and entertainment in America is both racially systematic and exclusive, because of this egregious setup, White Americans in the U.S. are predominately represented and showcased in Media and Entertainment. This has to change.

I will establish the international model that Asia has set up here in the United States for Black Americans and other people of color that wish to provide content and talent to the entertainment industry. The beauty about Anemoia is everything is in house, therefore our supply of both content and talent is unlimited.

Answer: The first 5 million will go to building/ renovation costs, intellectual property rights, working capital, land, equipment and operational expenses, the remaining 10 million will go towards wages, production costs, social media technology advancement, marketing, etc.
