Project Description
Our mission is to help everyone decorate their space with ease! There are a lot of box subscriptions for different things such as clothes (Stitch Fix, FitFabFun), dog treats and toys (Birchbox), make up, food (Hello Fresh). We figured their should be a box subscription to make decorating easy and budget friendly!
There are a ton of people who don't even know where to start when decorating their homes and don't have thousands of dollars to hire an interior designer. Once they use an interior designer, they then have to buy all the products. This is a solution for the wallet as well as our client's homes!
The market size is basically anyone who has a space to decorate so it is pretty big!
We are seeking funding because we would like to grow brand awareness since we know that once people see the idea, they will recognize us and use us for their decorating and interior design needs. We will use the funding to create advertisements for our brand to help create brand awareness.
Currently myself and 2 interior designers run the business! We would love to hire more people to the team. I run the business side for the most part and my 2 designers fulfill most orders.

- What is Accent Your Place? We are a box subscription service for home decor and interior design service.
- How do you choose decorations for a client's home? Our clients choose their package size and then fill out a short style form to tell us their style. We then have a qualified interior designer hand pick the decor items.
- What if the client doesn't like all items? We have 30 day return policy if a customer is not satisfied. We will replace any and all items upon request. Once we receive the items back, we will re-select and send photos for client to approve before sending the products.
- How long will it take to get the box of accents? Our process is very intricate and we put a lot of effort in getting items our clients will fall in love with so there is a 2-4 week lead time on all of the packages.
- How will Accent Your Place know if the decor fits the room? During the package selection process, the client is able lo upload photos of the room so that our interior designers can better assist to make sure the items will fit perfectly for the space.
Our team will consult with you on up to 2 rooms of your choosing to come up with a design that fits your style. You will receive up to 3 revisions per room. Once our consultation is complete, we will provide you with a complete list of our recommendations.
