The Mayo Clinic states that “meditation is a simple and fast way to reduce stress.” 29 Intentions Meditation Studio makes it extremely easy and convenient for people to meditate through live online classes throughout the day. This online platform mitigates members stress and unlocks feelings of isolation and unconnectedness.
29 Intentions customers are business professionals who are experiencing extra stress and anxiety due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
I was a pharmaceutical sales representative for 10 years. During that time I was burnt out, stressed out, and unhappy. My health deteriorated so badly that I had to go on medical leave for three months. I was in and out of the best hospitals and doctors offices In New York City, however, no one could figure out what was going on. I had Bell’s Palsy, which half of my face was paralyzed, I could not walk more than 3 steps, unable to lift my arm up to brush my hair, etc. It was a scary time. More and more symptoms appeared, while doctors scratched their heads. Looking back I know it was all due to stress. Luckily I found meditation to help me relieve the stress in my life and manage it better. The key to my recovery was meditation not medication.
I do not want anyone to have to deal what I went through. I am raising $10,000 to start an online meditation platform. I know how and what, I just need your help to make it happen!
