Multi-hyphenate entrepreneur, Madilynn Beck, is the Founder + CEO of the game-changing wellcare company, The Better Spot. From a cathartic academic and professional background in the arts, this BFA, MEd., MFT, CST, identified a pain point that the culture couldn’t afford to be ignored any longer. After experiencing a life-altering trauma, Beck sifted through the interweb’s endlessly impersonal databases to create a “village of healing” for herself consisting of mental, nutritional, and physical practitioners. The months that followed required she spend thousands of dollars, miles and hours getting it “right”. Instead of alleviating her stress the experience added to it. Beck realized she couldn’t be alone. She began chatting with clinicians and soon found their journey to finding her (the client) was a reflection of her own.
After a year of collecting their stories, Beck took that data and designed a solution. Creating a hub for today's wellness professionals with a forward thinking Community that empowers entrepreneurship through affordable and comprehensive flexible business packages, state-of-the-art facilities and built-in clientele.
Beck combined variety, accessibilty and fair cost models to devise The Better Spot. The attractive GenX approach of fluid workspaces, with the cost-effective business model of shared workspaces is what makes TBS an ideal approach for the burgeoning wellcare professional, but targeting the needs of the young professionals and coining the term "cost-conscious" wasn't enough for Beck. She threw in today's cultural obsession of instant access and economical membership and you have The Better Spot.
